Having first lived in Brookfield and now a long-time resident of La Grange, I am familiar with La Grange and the surrounding communities along the BNSF commuter train corridor (e.g. Brookfield, La Grange Park, Countryside, Western Springs, Hinsdale, Clarendon Hills, Westmont and Downers Grove).
I have been a Realtor® with Prudential American Homes since March 2004. Prior to this I was a Nurse at Rush University Medical Center, Chicago and a faculty member at Rush University College of Nursing. When I decided to make a career change to real estate, I chose real estate because of my passion for local real estate and the interest I had in helping all my friends find their next home. I chose Prudential because of their proven record, their recognized presence in any area and the fact that they are a family owned local business since 1991.
There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
As a real estate professional, I have found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means being accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to my client’s needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
